Notice of Tree Removal in HPME Roadway Easement
Effective January 1, 2016 all dead trees that have the potential to fall on a HPME road right-of-way will be cut and removed. If you wish to retain the wood from trees on the association easement that crosses your property it must be cut and removed before the end of the Fall season 2016.
Any live trees that are encroaching into the road clearing space [14’x14’x14′] will also be removed. This act is required to help improve road travel safety, fire remediation and emergency vehicle access to properties.
