Requirements for completion of Work Credit Contracts:

1.  Make monthly seasonal inspections of all drainage culverts on roads that service HPME roads
2.  Clean all debris from opening and inside of each culvert
3.  Build and maintain barricade on each silt pit at each culvert (see diagram below)
4.  Monitor silt pit at each opening of each culvert and notify road committee chairman when pit needs to be dug out
5. Attend 2 of 4 quarterly road committee meetings
6. Attend annual membership meeting or be represented by proper proxy

2. Ant Flat road #2 (at Y with North Gate road)
3. South gate road #1 (south of intersection of Ant Flat, Center Gate road)
4. South gate road #2 (at west springs)
5. South gate road #3 (by south gate)
6. South gate road #4 (east of intersection of Big Bear road)
7. South gate road #5 (in Pine canyon east of #3)
8. South gate road #6 (in Pine canyon east of #4)
9. Rock Canyon road (south end of Bucks pond)
10. Bucks Pond water hydrant
